CPR Kansas City is an American Heart Association training site that offers BLS for healthcare providers, ACLS, PALS, and HeartSaver CPR for the general public. These AHA courses are taught in a stress-free, relaxed classroom environment. Each class is led by a certified AHA instructor and students leave the class with their certification card which is good for two years.
The basic life support or BLS for healthcare providers course is the American Heart Association required course for all healthcare and medical employees. It is also the CPR course that must be taken by nursing students and all other healthcare and medical degree programs. Each college requires that the student be certified before having patient contact. This class includes infant, child, and adult CPR and AED.
The advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) courses are for more advanced emergency medical individuals, such as ER nurses and doctors, surgeons, paramedics, etc.
The course you need is very easy to sign up for on their website. The customer support is terrific and their AHA instructors are excellent. It is the company’s policy to ensure a relaxed and fun class.
