These AHA courses are taught in a stress-free, relaxed classroom environment. Each class is led by a certified AHA instructor and students leave the class with their certification card that is good for two years.

The basic life support or BLS for healthcare providers course is the American Heart Association required course for all healthcare and medical employees. Each college requires that the student be certified before having patient contact. This class includes infant, child, and adult CPR and AED.

The advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) courses are for more advanced emergency medical individuals, such as ER nurses and doctors, surgeons, paramedics, etc.
